Quality Policy

Cladex industries is totally committed to the principles and practices of excellence and shall conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard. In Cladex industries; our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction in all stages of the product lifecycle, and in order to fulfil this; we apply the process approach to better control our processes and maximize their outcome, we abide by all the legal and statutory requirements related to our industry, we establish strong relationships with our suppliers in order to secure our business against potential risks in the future, we make sure that our employees are always satisfied, we keep an eye on our market to identify opportunities that increase our portfolio of mega projects and service centre, and to facilitate all this; Cladex industries is investing in its QMS system in order to satisfy commitment to excellence and practices of perfection.
In Cladex industries; we set annual Quality Objectives that are consistent with the framework the quality policy and our performance is measured against them. The Quality objectives are collectively documented in a Quality Objective; QO-F-16-01.

The scope of the quality management system includes all activities relating to the company which includes:
“Specialized in manufacturing (Fiber laser cutting, punching, bending, forming, welding and assembly ) sheet metal works, interior and exterior way finding signage, Billboards, traffic signage, metal furniture, interior and exterior decorative solutions.”

Above all; Cladex industries is committed to continual improvement of the quality management system through the application of process approach and risk- based thinking.

Maintain this policy as documented information and work to deliver it to all employees of the company and to be available to all interested parties.

Review this policy at least once a year during a management review of the quality management system.
